After you get a car. you are on your own contact on helpline is so useless on discussing issues. I also get experience to renew istemara. and getting many extra feeses. when I go to their office guy on isterama renewal officer told it is from banking system and he doesn't know. Third class employees they hired in their offices. They should have information what kind of extra feeses their company put on customer's

Keeps crashing...not user friendly update July 2025 useless cannot log in and it cannot get the data to show....keeps crashing. piece of garbage app. such a big company can't even make an app user friendly for their customers. when i go to their offices physically system down system down for last 3 years I am suffering with this finance company. would never recommend any one to go thru them.
