The insurance it seld is good however the customer servuce representative or agents in this insurance is so bad you cant even speak to a person their lines just keeps ringing all their line are not even answering i was already admitted in the hospital even hospitals cant reach their reps i have been with some other insurance conpany but i have never experience waiting for days just to call them i even have to reach out to my employer to call them and contact me
