It's a great initiative but most of the Employees have issue to 1st time log in.. OTP not received on number and also on email that's provided in official record(CP).. Kindly resolve this issue

everytime you login, it ask for otp. it should be removed. add pin/password feature instead of it.... but each time otp for login is very hectic.
