It was about time Al Mana acknowledged the suffering patients had to go through while using the old app and provided a reliable solution. Having experienced the previous app, this one is comparetively blazing fast, has all the patient info one might need and is extremely user friendly. Hope it stays that way.

Booking and accounts work fine now. However, I cannot download any reports or files from the app, I always get error messages even though the app has all necessary permissions (i.e. storage)

Not able to login. forget password doesn't work. email provided for support is bouncing. there is noway to contact IT on the number given. Edit: I received a feedback to reinstall latest app from playstore. I already did that. 2ndly i was asked to contact given email, that email is bouncing. so yeh no help.
