This app is ad spam. It's not the official Citi Bike app, you can't rent bikes with it

I hope I'm wrong, but this app appears to have been abandoned by the developer. It produces a lot of gibberish now on the screen, instead of important data, making it nearly unusable. I came here hoping for an update, but there's nothing.
