Reducing my review from 5 stars to 3 after the recent update. It was a great, clean, simple app which provides nearly real time geographical reporting. Now the update made it bloated and slow. I hate when you click on things, it now zooms into them even if you disable that function. It's so slow and clunky to go through updates now, and once you click on a story, you can't close the window that blocks 1/3 of the map. It's sad. I just want back the original version.

Ads make it almost basically unusable. just use it in browser. I don't even have ad blocker on my phone, and yet there aren't intrusive ads on the browser? shouldn't the experience for the people who went to the length to download the actual app be better, not worse?

Gosh, that app turned into garbage. So much lag and bugs compared to the previous version/user interface, and filled to the brim with ads. Avoid this bloated app and use the web version instead. 2025 edit : now it's unusable, 10 seconds unskipable ads just pop up randomly. Just use the website version.
