Excellent app, only gripe is that it would be nice to see more options for MFA, such as "Authenticator" app support or BankID integration for the Swedish market, in addition to OTP via SMS that is currently supported (enforced in my country). AMEX customer service is really top notch. Not related to the app per say but support for contactless GPAY is sorely missing but according to a support agent is in the pipeline.

Great place to gather all Amex cards and se detailed information on the invoices. Also gest to use to chat with support. Would be great to have historical spend categories to track spending easier. Would get 5 stars then for sure.

When are you going to use Bank ID to login instead of old school password?? Not very secure in this day and age. Same suggestion every time and still password login is used. ??????

The information architecture of the app is based more on marketing than usability purposes. As a user i am very interested in things related to the card and bills, but i get ads on upgrading cards, etc that i can't remove

Useless app, you can check only your balance, with no other features avaliable. No Google Pay or any other NFC payment, sounds like a joke in 2024. No English language option. Old and inconvenient interface from the 2010s. To view the invoice you have to download it, it is impossible just to open it. Can't see which miles account is connected.
