Management level officers of Central Public Works Department (CPWD) can see the Dashboard of Complaints Pendency as per Benchmark Timing. Can add Comments and upload Photo of the complaints.

I am using this app from 4 year onward. It is very user friendly and convenient to use. I have few suggestions: 1. Remove otp requirement at each login once I have successfully login first time. Even it should not be required after app updation too. 2. In complain logging, Some Electrical/civil cat/subcat are not in use. Also some new cat/subcat need to be added.

Please add options in Feedback section so that I can correct the date of complaint attended as CPWD personnel put date of grievance resolution as the date of complaint whereas they actually attend it later.

As soon as I click Residents, it informs that the mobile number is invalid and I should enter the mobile number registered against my house. Few days back it was working fine.

There is some bug problem. App not booting and shut off itself. Already uninstalled and download again. But problem is same. Concerned may look into the matter and fix the bug issue in the App.
