PSALM 91 CATHOLIC

❤️ You who dwell under the protection of the Most High and reside in the shadow of the Omnipotent,
Tell the Lord: “My refuge, my refuge, my God, in whom I put my trust.”
He will free you from the snare of the hunter and the scourge of misfortune;
He will cover you with his feathers and you will find refuge under his wings.
You will not fear the fears of the night nor the arrow shot by day,
neither the plague that advances in darkness, nor the plague that strikes in the full sun.
Even if a thousand men fall at your side and ten thousand at your right, you will be out of danger: their loyalty will be your shield and armor.
Just look with your eyes and you will see how the wicked are paid.
But you say: “My refuge is the Lord”, you have made the Most High your refuge.
Misfortune will not overtake you nor will the plague come near your tent:
for he has ordered the angels to escort you on all your paths.
They will have to support you in their hands so that you do not trip your foot on a stone;
you will walk on vipers and lions and you will tread on cubs and dragons.
“Because he took refuge in me, I will deliver him, I will protect him, because he knew my Name.
