Too many pop up ads considering I have a subscription

I Subscribed for Digital access and the App keeps asking me to Login & Password; very annoying. Also Subscribed April 1st for Sunday Physical / Printed version paper, expecting to receive first one on Sunday April 4th; never got it. Sent an email and called. Supposed to get Sunday April 11th; NEVER GOT IT. Wrote again. Delivery is a disaster, a Joke. Many people complaining. If Sun Sentinel keeps like this, I can only CANCEL.

App and website don't work well. Advancing to the next page works only sometimes. This issue started a few weeks ago. Update: A month later and issue persists.

The app was fine, however over the last couple of weeks, when we need information the most due to the pandemic, the app keeps blocking me. I have an account and called tech support several times, they are aware of the problem but have down nothing to fix it. This is absolutely inexcusable during a time when we need information more than we ever have.
