Fly Fit prioritizes low impact movement that supports muscle strengthening, mindful practices to allow you to slow down, and unique movement to challenge you. Each class is guided by Ky and will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
Classes offered:
Yoga: Vinyasa style which orchestrates movement with breath, build heat in your body and build strength.
Pilates: Contemporary mat pilates, get prepared to create a new sense of mind body connection while activating all muscles in these full body classes
Strength Training: Focus on bigger muscle groups, doing less reps and core-based movements.
Mindfulness Practices: These practices will include breathwork, meditation, visualization and goal setting.
Fly Fit is not only an online space where you get to move, but also a space to connect with community as an instructor. Teachers Vault is a safe space for all instructors to learn, connect, and grow. Within Teachers Vault you will have access to instructional videos on how to cue efficiently in class, how to create unique sequencing, and how to find your voice in the teaching space. Teachers Vault is also a community where instructors will be able to share with each other and bond over creating amazing sequences that will make clients feel seen, supported and wanting more.
Who is Ky?
Ky is a fitness instructor with years of experience teaching various movement styles across New England. She has received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from her training in Bali, Indonesia, is certified to teach barre, pilates, and aerial yoga. She is fully equipped to guide you through your fitness journey. Ky's teaching style features dynamic transitions and thoughtfully designed flows, offering variations to ensure every student feels engaged and successful. Her goal is to create an inclusive space where all students can thrive.
