Fitness feels like it’s been her sidekick since the beginning, with a huge influence growing up coming from her parents’ healthy lifestyle and living in beautiful Santa Barbara. She’s tried all the fitness trends- from crazy cardio and HIIT classes to fad diets. But you know what stuck and what really works? The powerful combination of strength training and eating right to fuel your body. Now, a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, TONE by @trainwithtorey was born with a passion for empowering others to feel their best too! With a community of thousands of like-minded women, Torey’s mission is clear – empowering others to look and feel their best while reaching their health and fitness goals! Navigating a life on the go, Torey has curated an effective and intentional fitness program that isn’t just a workout, but a realistic and balanced lifestyle that’s designed to be there for you anytime, anywhere. TONE workouts are designed with minimal equipment in mind so you can complete them at the gym or at home. These effective and practical (30-45 min or less) workouts are on-demand and follow-along so you can workout anytime, anywhere. Proven to provide results that help you reach your fitness goals and feel your best!
Take your workouts to a whole new level with Torey's Train & Tone classes that strengthen each muscle group in high volume reps and progressive overload (lower body, cardio & core, upper body, full body split). Or, take Torey's Tone hybrid fusion classes that combines low impact training and short bursts of cardio (think pilates meets cardio/strength in this total body toning workout).
