Nordic 1 is a little tricky to get into at first, but it's worth persevering because some of the puzzle-design is refreshingly different. The Japanglish language translation may raise a few eyebrows, but it certainly doesn't spoil things. (The phrase "It seems to have seen a tip from the button above..." is just an invitation for you to try a Hint if you think you're stuck.) I managed to get by without any Hints, although one of the puzzles had me stumped for TWO DAYS before I cracked it. I don't mind: that's the whole point of this kind of app. Good old-fashioned entertainment, like the Times crossword where you can be pondering a cryptic clue all through the day and into the night, hoping you'll dream the solution...

Needed hints for the order of the pencils and add the eraser plus the hint for the knobs didn't make any sense!

Great game. But the logic of candlestick puzzle is lame and twisted: minus 4 stars. Surprised and never expected such nonsense in ArtDigic games. Quality can't be partial, one poor puzzle and the whole game becomes garbage.
