last few days i hv been frequenting Aster . though i have been using Aster services last many years. for each visit they keep asking about past history of other health issues and what drugs are allergic to patient.specifically when patient has come to enegency ward it is annoying why they keep asking these information from patient , even if patient comes everyday continously for a week. i was told their system dont store these essential data. thats really strange and needs immediate fix

The app used to be really good and convenient, but now nothing works properly. Lab reports don’t sync, and neither old nor new prescriptions show up in the ‘My Records’ section. If basic medical records aren’t accessible, what’s the point of the app anymore? Really disappointing.
