Health Calculator vVARY

Health Calculator is an app that helps you track your body mass, calories, water intake level to help you remain healthy and fit.

Some of the key features of the app are:
» Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculator - BMI Calculator will help you evaluate your BMI based on your body weight, and height. Calculate your BMI using Kg or Pounds as weight unit. Height in feet-inches or in centimeters (cm) values is acceptable.

» Calories Per Day - Enter age, weight (in kgs or pounds), height (in cms or feet), you daily activity type like sedentary, lightly activity, moderately activity, very active or extremely and press calculate button to get daily calories to need per day. Result also shows values like calories per hour consumption and resting metabolism in calories per day.

» Body Fat - Enter weight (in kgs or pounds), height, neck size, waist to calculate Lean Mass, fat mass, and body fat. The app shows a reference table with categories of exercise you do and the ideal fat percentage in your body.

» Water Intake - App shows water quantity consumption to maintain fit body.

» Ideal Body Weight - Select the gender and enter your height to calculate your ideal body weight you should have.

» Lean Body Mass - Select gender, enter weight and height to calculate lean body mass (LBM) for your body. It also shows the fat mass in kg and percentage.

» The app has simple and easy to use UI and it is freely available to download from Play Store.
