It can't find your tickets, so it's a bit useless,I deleted the app as it's pointless having it on my phone

This app is horrendously bad. It tells me it's sent an email code so i go in to my emails to get the code, the the pop-up screen on the app disappears so I can't add the code! Process repeats, so you obviously need 2 devices just to register!
