Training Feel is an app that allows you to monitor the training load RPE
Once finished, each athlete must indicate the subjective effort value of that training session, using a scale with references.
With this data, added to the duration of each session, Training Feel automatically calculates the A-C Ratio through the session-RPE method.

Training Feel allows you to export all the data to an excel file. In case you want to export the data of a team, the app will generate a file with two pages.
The first one will contain a table with the data of all the sessions, regardless of the dates selected. The second one will have the same graphs that can be seen inside the app.

Good app for tracking my students but some is in English and some in one of the three other languages. Might be am Idea to add the ability to select language in the app.
