App shuts down as soon as I open it. Uninstalled.

Wouldn't connect to internet for News. Not all pages available. Poor functionality/unreliable . Reporting menu doesn't always work. As a retired law enforcement officer of 25 years, I would rather call 911 or a PBSO District office direct (non-emergency) rather than trying to contact them via app that may or may not work. Whatever the situation is that requires reporting, time is crucial and this app seems to waste it. The app could be a great tool for the PBSO if they get it right. Uninstalled.
