WORKING AGAIN as of 10/28. Now I'm just annoyed because the 250 points reward includes Small Mini Pretzel Dogs as an option, but the AA's closet to me only has regular size and they can't even ring it up as a mini so I can redeem that reward 😞 Trying to log in, password is correct (I promise), gets stuck on the moving four dots and doesn't respond to anything else. Updated, uninstalled and reinstalled.

What happened to the points? In the new app there is only ordering that probably doesn't even work just like the last version.

This app is quite frustrating, especially when you can't log in even if you have the right password. I know this password by heart for how many times I reset it and it still says that I have the wrong password. it has a really slow loading time and overall it's quite frustrating to use. it kicks you out every time and when I try to reset the password it doesn't register that it's been reset. I love auntie Anne's but their app is just not great.
