I paid for the monthly subscription, it shows as active and paid on my account, and allowed me to play with it for a bit. I closed the app for a couple hours and ever since then it shows ads and acts like I don't pay for the subscription when I do. plus no way to contact support for help in game. paid for nothing and really upset about it.
