The other already-established dating apps should be embarrassed that something newer and less-known & less-used like Baklava has an extraordinarily high success rate when it comes to matching real people regardless of their location. Are there bots? Sure, as with every other dating app..but Baklava stands out in that if you are active, you will get metches! On the other hand, Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, OkC are abysmal failures. They purposely put men at a disadvantage whom rarely get matches.

Very good app, i love it. But arab girls little arrogant in general. I noticed that if you have iphone you can see how many mile people away from you and you can see when last seen online. However in android you can't see that. Hope they fix it soon. Another thing, they should add the face verification to make sure no fake accounts

Definitely a ton of potential with this app overall. Aside from how buggy it is (e.g., crashes all the time), users should be able to filter people based on how many miles away they are from your current location. There's a "nearby" function you can use, but it doesn't work very well. Unless someone has their city listed in the profile, there's no way to tell how proximal they are to you.

This app has a lot of potential considering it is catered for many middleasterners looking for relationships. Relationship being the key word. In order for that to happen, people have to meet. In order to meet, you somewhat must be able to search by location which this app does not allow this feature. So it's somewhat pointless unless you are looking for a penpal. Lots of room for improvement. I read many of the reviews and many echo the same thought. Include the ability to search by location.

Necessary functionality is missing. Most importantly, location. How can you form a relationship if you don't know where the other person is?? or what's the point to match with someone on a different continent?? Many blank bios since does not require you to fill out. App seems unfinished. Needs a lot of work before it is useful. and they have the audacity to have paid features...
