Introducing Bank Alfalah’s tailored solution for our Agents and Franchises, AlfaPay. It is now available via Mobile App and provides easy access banking services for the masses.



Through AlfaPay, Agents of Bank Alfalah can offer our banking services to members of their community to assist them in their everyday lives. Agents of AlfaPay will provide services to their customers using following banking services:



Simple steps to install and start using AlfaPay on your Android device.

Download AlfaPay App to your Android device from Google Play Store.

Login using your existing Bank Alfalah Agent Account credentials; or in case of new user existing process of Login will be followed.



Digital account opening of Mobile Wallets through biometric will allow customers to conduct simple banking transactions like Money Transfer and bring them within the financial system, opening up a world of opportunities.

Wallet Balance Inquiry to remain up to date with their Account Balance and to check previous transactions to reconcile their books.

Customers can upgrade their mobile wallet in line with SBP guidelines through Agent and Franchise.

Agents can perform transactions related to Money Transfer that enable customers to send and receive money through their wallet accounts.

Cash In/Cash Out services can empower customer to manage their cash requirements by depositing or withdrawing money from their wallets.

Make all type of Bill Payments including Utility Bill, Institutions, etc. easily through Agents.

Mobile Top Up services including Prepaid Recharge, Postpaid Payments and Bundle Subscriptions with all major telecom networks.

EOBI Card Activation, for our senior citizens, can be performed at any BAFL Agent using the AlfaPay app.

International Home Remittance to facilitate customers with direct cash withdrawal from wallets on a real time basis.

Fee Collection of MFI’s, educational sector facilitated by agent network, where agents were deployed close to the institutes to facilitate customers.



Additionally, Agents also have access to the Agent Financing Facility through the AlfaPay App to help manage their finances.
