not many choices available , sometimes none! shopkeepers get rude, it's better to buy full priced items if your choice rather than get shoved with force. The initiative is great, but the product is not fresh at times, especially L / M cakes[saadedin] they are given on the last day of expiry .

Customer service is very slow and unprofessional.

Completely unprofessional and untrained customer service, they will sometimes use a dirty trick and immediately try to end the conversation after they finally reply. Additionally, despite charging about 20 SAR for delivery (Even when the restaurant is 5 minutes away), they take forever to assign a delivery driver every single time.
