The app used to work fine before, but now it suddenly says “Biometric Not Available” on the same device where it worked earlier. I have checked all settings, restarted, and even reinstalled the app — still facing the same issue. There is no support center or help option available. Please fix this issue or provide alternate check-in options like manual attendance or OTP. The app should also be made compatible with all Android smartphones to ensure equal accessibility for all users.

This app only works on places where net is available what about people who live in remote areas and they don't have internet availability because of this many people cannot make thier presence in the app and furthermore network like Scom and Telenor always have a routine of cutting the signals many days a month.First the government should provide Wifi facilities to every government offices which are always neglected then they should start this type of initiative.
