I downloaded the app on 30 April 2025 on the understanding it had a free trial of 1 week. However, I found that it did not suit me and uninstalled the app within 2 days (on 2 May, 2025). But on the 3rd May 2025, you have debited my account for LKR 3,100.00. I request you to Refund the amount debited as I am not using the app.
