Iya benar lewat internet, tapi kenyataannya sms otp itu kan pake pulsa ? mohon maaf kalo saya bodoh, intinya adalah apapun itu seharusnya tdk menjadikan kendala yg berarti bagi kita para customer bodoh ini ? Kita hanya tau menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dgn berbagai kemudahan, seperti tujuannya skrg ini yaitu serba ON LINE, tapi knp minta kode OTP saja hrs disarankan lewat SMS yg butuh pulsa minimal 5000 rupiah ? Masalahnya adalah setiap kali permintaan OTP itu pesannya tdk terkirim ?

agents have no common human sense, no reading skills, just give template answers without actually solving your problems. not well integrated, so every time you follow up, you need to explain from the beginning or they will misunderstand everything. even if you have completed all the requirements, they may end up doing nothing because they miss some info
