I think it's a fantastic offshoot, the 3.8 stars aren't warranted, out of all games possible on the planet, yeah maybe but for this type of game it's a 4.1 for sure. Missing stories, quests etc that bring those types of ratings up. Make money more valuable so you spend less time collecting it versus collecting cars aka the fun part.

When I flip to the roof top the car won't turn back to the wheels, the police are to much to handle, and powers are useless when escaping the police, but the powers are good and it's nice to change the colors.

The game is good but the mission and who in the world do 25 oil truck just for a mission that not enough money to have just to find one oil truck and the only map that not have oil truck is like 18s place and bruh can you fix the blue box and others
Awesome Animations
I don't even know why I keep playing this. It makes me not like police officers, because if you take a good image and turn it into something frustrating and fun-draining, you get this. It might just be me, but why not make the enemies destructable? Or not make it where vehicles tip over so easily that I die before I can do anything? Overall, frustrating and not worth the space on my phone.

loved the game when I was younger, cant even run it on modern devices without battery saver on and even then the physics are janky and there isnt even an online option anymore. progress doesnt save if you ever lose a device and have to reinstall the game.
