there is issue playing live football when it loads.Have to reboot modem to reload match. I think you have technical issues as an app on foxtel. I think you should just have it as another sports channel with foxtel. The may have a bug, because times you have to log in again on and off when you try and restart with QR code with smart phone

Extremely janky to set up, but, once it works, it works with no issues! DONT trust this app to work on the first day of signing up. It kept putting me in a different country, so I couldn't even pay. And after I pay, it took a while to know that I'm subscribed. My friend's account took a day. DONT sign up with one Apple account and pay with a different one. It'll glitch the account on non-Apple devices. Customer Service: SUPERB. 10/10. Extremely quick responses and try their best to be helpful.

EDIT: Over 2 years later and the app still hasn't improved. In fact if anything it is worse. So often it simply doesn't work. Very disappointing. Very glitchy. When casting to my chromecast takes an age to load and then can often be choppy (not an issue I have with any other apps). Also when you miss the start of a game gives the option to either watch live or start over, but if you try to cast "start over" the game always just goes from live and then there's no way to manually rewind.

The worst streaming app by far. I'm subscribed to all the apps that show tennis matches because, for some reason, each app has rights to certain tournaments, and for Masters level this is the one. Casting is awful, multiple interruptions with service failing completely more often than it is acceptable. The app is painfully slow. If I had another choice, I would delete Bein Sports immediately. an absolute insult of a service.
