Удивительно. Первый раз вижу страховую, которая может по просьбе в чате найти для вас удобную запись в доступных через дмс клиниках, самостоятельно позвонив в них. При этом учтя все пожелания. Прямо находка для тех , кому некогда или нет желания звонить везде самому. Приятно, сервис. А ещё радует, что есть сервис "понимаю"в страховке как вариант UPD а ещё очень радует, что можно процедуры по направлению из одной сети клиник проходить в другой сети клиник и быстро высылают гарантийное письмо

В целом неплохо, точно лучше сайта, но товарищи разработчики, просить ввести пароль на КАЖДОЕ разворачивание приложения... зачем?(

В последнее время приложение работает просто отвратительно, невозможно зайти, одни ошибки!

Приложение очень долго загружает информацию о клиниках и времени для записи на приём. Также неудобно, что отсутствует возможность отфильтровать по удобной станции метро (не используя при этом карту)

Upd. Ура наконец то моя компания избавилась от bestDoctor. За три года этого дмс ни одного значимого улучшения ни в приложении, ни в сервисе. Фантастика! Попросил у компании страховой договор или хотя бы полис, с голограммой, на специальной бумаге и с моими паспортными данными. Они не могут предоставить.Так что, если вам в гос. органах надо будет подтвердить, что у вас есть дмс этот дмс вам не засчитают
