I deleted the game a while back and kept it on my laptop. And I have been able to play it from my laptop but with the new season of fallout released I decided to redownload it, I can't access my vault even though its saved to the cloud. Its trying to get me to create a new vault. Been playing for a like 3 years and dont wanna lose the account with the money I've put into it.

Progress on the event tasks keeps reset. emailed support, it's now reset again a day later and I haven't even heard back from support yet. I can only imagine it's also happening to people who actually paid money for the pass. you want people to pay for broken features, for what reason exactly?
