Developer Description
Daily courage reps for women
You want to be the woman who asks for what they want. Who starts conversations with strangers. Who shares her work without apologizing.
But every time you try, fear whispers:
"What if they reject you?"
"What if you're too much?"
"What if you fail?"
So you stay comfortable. Safe. Stuck in the same patterns, wondering when you'll finally break through.
Here's the truth: Nothing terrible happens when someone says no.
Rejecto is rejection exposure therapy gamified. It's your daily practice of doing the thing that scares you - without making it a huge deal.
Here's how it works:
- 100+ real-world challenges that start small and build up. Ask a stranger for directions. Request a discount. Share your work publicly. Each challenge rewires your brain to know: I tried. I survived. I'm getting stronger.
- Points, streaks, and badges that make growth feel like a game. You're not waiting to be perfect - you're celebrating every small win along the way.
- Daily tracking and community so you're never alone in this. Share your progress with people who understand what it's like to push past fear.
- Fast, practical results. These aren't therapy sessions that take years. These are 2-minute actions that build real confidence, starting today.
What changes when you start:
- You stop overthinking every interaction.
- You ask for what you want—and discover it's not as scary as you thought.
- You show up more authentically in your relationships and work.
- You handle rejection without it ruining your day.
- You become someone who takes action instead of waiting for the "perfect moment."
This is for you if:
- You're tired of letting fear make your decisions
- You want to be more confident in social situations
- You're ready to stop playing small in your career or relationships
- You need practical tools, not just motivational quotes
- You're done letting "what will they think?" control your life
- The life you want is on the other side of asking for it.

Rejecto: Confidence For Women users say on Google Play
I'm only 15 minutes into the app and I can already tell I'm going to love it. I kind of wish there was more involvement in the community section. I enjoy reading other's stories and being able to relate to more people with the same kind of neuro divergence would be beneficial. To anyone with any form of social anxiety, this is where it's at. Super excited I found this app!
A unique and well-designed app that feels like a social experiment in courage and self-growth. It runs smoothly and looks great, but success depends on your motivation to step outside your comfort zone. The social feed adds a sense of community and encouragement. Suggestion: Task descriptions could be more precise—small differences in wording (e.g., “random” vs. “familiar” location) can shape the entire experience.
half of app is paid
I'm sure the app is fine, but nowhere in the description did it ever mention this was for women only? there's only one picture with it and I assumed you could choose. I'm a trans man and it gave me a gut punch of dysphoria, that only worsened my feelings
You know what's worse than getting rejected. Being asked to set up payment and pay, as soon as you create an account on a new app.
