Beurer EMS HomeStudio – effective EMS training for use at home!

Train more effectively and more efficiently either at home or on the move – without a gym or equipment.
In conjunction with the EM 95 muscle stimulation device, the "beurer EMS HomeStudio" app is your new personal trainer!
A coach (m/f) can be chosen to lead you through 20 pre-programmed or self-compiled workouts and train with you.
You can very easily adapt your training to your individual fitness level and needs or create your perfect workout from a choice of 50 exercises.
App features:
• Workouts with a max. duration of 20 minutes – using just your body weight
• No additional equipment required
• Min. of 50 workout variations for all muscle groups
• Workouts suitable for every fitness level, no matter whether an EMS beginner or more advanced
