Next time I open a saved game and cannot move the pieces, I'm deleting this. I can't play this game for hours, so I have to save it. Not sure why saved games can't be played, but I'll be moving along...

I'm giving 1 star because your customer support sucks! I've been trying for days to get help because I lose progress when I put the game on a new device. The last response I got was " make sure your network is normal" that's it! What does that even mean??
