Overall this is a great game been playing for couple years now. Only problem I have is that sometimes it will freeze up I would have to close to restart the game or all of a sudden it will kick out of the game and I would lose any progress I've made. It very frustrating, please fix it.EDIT 2025 It works great now

I'm playing on my Fire HD 10 tablet ( 7th generation ) I've been playing since 2017 and everything was working beautiful until 3 days ago when Midnight Castle closed saying have to update game. Now it made it to 50% and stayed there. I can't access the home page to get my friend I.D. and most of all, I can't play now. I've e-mailed support and have done all they have suggested and nothing works to get rid of that glitch! I'm sad😥

Christmas 2025 in the Castle is all zombies and death. Anabelle, the Iron Knight and Lord Chamberlain are zombies in the Christmas private room. Yuck! What happened? The CC also has them to win. No thanks! I've had a Level-up and Christmas Event update but more than half my friends haven't so I can't visit their new Xmas room. The 2 new Christmas Pets are cute though.

Can no longer open this game to play. It's stuck in download in progress! Why doesn't it open?? Has been freezing on "download in progress" for days. Can't play the game!

We finally got the spring 2025 update once spring was over so it was very late. Most times the seasonal updates do arrive late. The spring 2025 update came last week and ever since has been super buggy. It takes forever to open the game because it says it is downloading content (2 updates showing). Once you get through that, you can actually play a few boards until it shuts down saying it has to close. Then go through it all over again. I liked to play this game in the morning but can't now
