The BMT Replacement Cost Estimator, BMT Rep Cost, uses BMT Tax Depreciation construction cost data to provide a guide on the estimated replacement cost for residential properties.

RepCost allows individuals to estimate the replacement cost of their residential property. Often when estimating the costs to replace a building for insurance purposes, important items such as demolition work and the removal of debris can be forgotten about.

BMT RepCost estimates include:
