The app tells me the engineer for my annual service is late... but he has been and it was six days ago. That information shouldn't be showing up. Other than seeing the service certificates there isn't much else there.

I've had the same problems as Daniel Brown with the latest version of the app. Can I suggest that the app should request a phone number on login, and send an SMS instead of an email? That way, the user would immediately see the code number on the screen, without having to switch to their email app to see the information and losing the BOXT thread... Thanks for your response. To be honest, opening the email on a second device isn't a practical solution, though I'm sure it would work.. go SMS.
