I have been using Breadfast for almost five years and have been loyal to the brand until I become one of the bad service victims. Yesterday I placed an order and it was expected to be delivered in half an hour, I was kept waiting for almost 2 hours after mid night as the delivery person claims that I'm not reachable even though I answered two calls from CX team, suddenly I found my order was cancelled without my confirmation. I didn't even get an apology call for my wasted time.
