The worse place to learn English First, the lectures are canceled by them at any time, but you are charged if you do not cancel them 24 hours before. Note that this happened 4 times. Second, teachers simply do not attend the online lecture, and you cannot complain except after half an hour of time, and when you complain, it makes no difference because no one will contact you. Note that this happened 5 times

The listening sections can't be controlled. Sometimes I want to repeat a specific statement, thus I should repeat the whole listening tape. I think a controled tape could be profitable and make it more helpfull.

The app is too slow to respond any order.. and it has been two days i open the app and just get white background without any other info or details I uninstalled the app then installed it again.. it worked for one time then got the white background again

The new update is too bad, it is opening too slowly some times couldn't sign in, need to develop the performance. Also, the filter needs to include more options such as filter by a certain time not just AM or PM.
