Excellent, an all in one app for involvement in your child's education.
would be so much better if, under the homework section, it was filterable by the due date. Currently, it's just in order as uploaded by the teachers.
The app keeps 'forgetting' my payment method. Fotoriously. For months.
Our school have switched over to this from scopay. When you can actually log into this app (in the first few weeks it decided my user ID and password aren't valid at several random points) it mostly seems to work okay. I don't understand why it wants me to top up dinner money balances separately for two children who are at the same school though - really annoying. The worst thing is the message system. We get a wall of extremely tiny text. No message title, no search, no images, unreadable!
It's awful that the school is imposing this app on us. We get lots of notifications every day. There is no way to see what the new message is about. You have to authenticate twice to get into the app and then it takes forever to load. Once in, no indication on where the new message is (announcements or messages). You also have a long list of messages and you need to look carefully to see where the new one is. No way to organise messages, or forward to your own email, or create a task.
