I bought this set a month now and I am very satisfied with the help to purchase the JXW3 set..at an very affordable price of approx S $1800. I had previously bought an expensive European hearing aid and it gave me so much problems until I avoided using it..and I was called up by a rep who told me my set can not be repaired (7500)asked me to buy another different set for the same price of $7000 after discount . I declined and scored the internet and found BUZUD @ Raffles Hospital.

Would like to know what it means when the app shows "sensor self-check" and how to key in manually when I check my glucose by finger pricking. At the same time, sensor Left 3 days but the app keeps asking me to replace sensor.

Generally a good app. Using it mainly for cgm. Please consider adding as a widget so that the primary user or the follower can see live bg readings at anytime without going to the app.

customer support is terrible. Reported a few times on their cgm buzud 2.0 being faulty and most of the time, there were no responses from them. Had many different issues such as: 1. sensor self check 2 replace sensor prompted before end of life 3. calibration failed error (unable to calibrate even with above 20% difference) contacted buzud support team via email and through app but most of the time no responses.

cgm dont work after 4 days. app asks for feedback but no reply. Not recommended. stick to dexcom or freestyle.
