Pick up at store order are slow to show up after pay money. Not sure if it because of promotion my order is lost and they didn't prepare when I'm arrived at store, 3 star for app.Despite the problem employee they check it and quickly found my order by the not long after and prepare the order in less than 10 minute 4-5star to employee(depend on error for system or just human-error).

I've had a negative experience with card payments on your app, as the transactions have taken too long. I've also noticed that offers from delivery apps and stores are often more enticing. It would be beneficial if you could improve your app's payment system and offer more competitive deals.
