Capichi Delivery is a food delivery application that allows customers to order global cuisine from restaurants, supermarkets, etc. within Vietnam. Capichi’s service is currently recognized and used by ex-pats and Vietnamese customers with upper-middle incomes who live and work in four cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Binh Duong. We have currently achieved a breakthrough with 100,000 users and over 1,000 restaurants.
Capichi Delivery’s store management software enables partners to quickly manage store and order details and interact directly with customers. Surprisingly, there will be a notification whenever a new order arrives, alerting restaurants to confirm the order quickly and not to miss any order.
■ How to run the system
- Customers use the Capichi Delivery app or the Capichi website to place an order.
- A notification appears on the order management app, allowing the store to immediately confirm the order.
- The store can better update the order status from “New” to “Confirmed” “Shipping” and “Completed” so that the customers can track their order status.
- With a single click of the “Call shipper” button, the store can easily contact a driver.
