User friendly and easy to use. But unfortunately the build your own pasta doesn't have many options, and it would be much easier to just add a gluten free pasta option to the pasta dishes that can be done gluten free.

Difficult to place an order because the process is unnecessarily complicated.

Three times now, I have started an order with a credit from previously messed up order. Go to process card and get the oops error saying something went wrong. Try again and still doesn't work. Try a different card and the credit mysteriously disappears. And the totals on the review page where you select purchase never match up.
