The connecting platform for effective network care
As a patient and healthcare professional, you increasingly have to deal with (other) healthcare professionals from various disciplines at the same time. To keep an overview of this, it is nice to have everything together in 1 app. In Boards you can work together as healthcare professionals and patients/informal caregivers. You have close contact with each other on a board via the app. This allows everyone involved to make and share relevant registrations, communicate with each other and collaborate efficiently. Everyone from their own expertise, together with each other.
Boards for healthcare professionals
Boards offers the space to work together with other disciplines and the patient on a joint treatment plan. You work in your own source system and you share that data via Boards. This way everyone has the correct data and you can collaborate within Boards.
Boards Health (PGO) for everyone
The Boards Health app is a PGO (Personal Health Environment) and gives you access to your medical data. You can also add relevant data such as your weight or blood pressure.
If your healthcare professionals work with Boards, you become part of your healthcare team and you gain control over your treatment by working together. Communication is not about you, but with you.
