Lets get one thing straight: NOWHERE does it say this is an idle game. You play actively, swapping between managing heros, chefs, and shop. I personally love the pacing and rate of free gem gain. People are giving up too fast (the pace greatly increases as you go) If you're not into the gameplay then the game isn't for you, simple. This game is very well thought out and complete. They don't push cash grabs. EVERYTHING is obtainable without spending a dime. Art is cute, UI is simple. I love it!
Cute simple gameplay with a classic retro look. It's a hybrid of cooking game and a sort of idle-RPG to get ingredients. I didn't expect to like it but I ended up playing it more than I thought I would. It's fun to open new maps and new recipes, the event is also a nice touch. It's easy to earn gems (faster with ads). Unfortunately, it's super hard to get 5 star adventurers. Also, towards the end, the food takes longer and longer to cook and monsters longer to kill. But I had fun playing it!
Game is quite slow but quite addictive to unlock new food and have fun. It's about farming ingredients and managing what to cook to optimise value. However, there is a major bug in the food competition (a mini game) where the flippers starts to lag and you can lose a lot of points as you can't throw the negative food away due to the lag. The lag is absurdly bad where the flippers sometimes don't even move. Overall, it's a fun game but that mini game needs to be fixed ASAP.
Cooking Quest VIP: Food Wagon is a mobile game that falls short. It's too simple and not intuitive. Mechanics lack depth; controls often confuse. Despite cute visuals, it quickly loses appeal. It's a time-killer for a couple of hours at most, offering basic entertainment that soon feels monotonous and unchallenging. Don't expect deep engagement.
Pay VIP, not even sure why. It's no different than the free version. Also, after every couple of "free gems" clicks, there's an ad, do you not know the definition of free? The game itself is good, I have played it for a while but the developers have ruined it, no new content for a long time but are greedy enough to still ask for money and force ads.
