I am trying to get appointment through our present CGHS app for last so many days, but I am disappointed by reading repeated remarks from the app "failed to get OTP try again " . physically I am not in a position to go and take the appointment after standing in a que for several hours altogether , therefore I am pressed to purchase the prescribed medicine from local chemists. I will be obliged if some remidy is told to me and so many other friends facing such difficulties
Idea 4 life
With recent updates session on multiple devices is disabled which is causing dependency. One should be able to have a session on more than one device to avoid a single point of failure condition. User need to login every time if using an additional device, logging out from the last used device. The team should look at this. They already have a mpin setup to secure a user session.

The recent updates are completely useless. Booking online appointments has become very difficult. Previously, only available appointments were shown before booking. But now, available appointments are not displayed at all; whenever I try to book, it shows "already booked," and the system redirects me back to the homepage. We have to check each and every slot to book an online appointment. I am really very faded up with this.
