Go further: teleconsultation, how does it work?

Step-by-step example of a teleconsultation without an appointment:
1. The practitioner activates the teleconsultation without an appointment directly from his Maiia space to make himself available.
2. He chooses the period over which he wishes to be available (from a few minutes to several hours).
3. If he wishes to limit the teleconsultation to his known patients, only one box is to be ticked.
4. For their part, the patient clicks on "Teleconsult now", selects an available practitioner, fills in the prerequisites (identity, credit card details, reason for consultation) and calls the practitioner.
5. The practitioner is notified: he has the option of directing the patient to the virtual waiting room or starting the teleconsultation immediately.
6. Teleconsultation, in a completely secure environment, allows in particular the exchange of documents (analysis, photos, etc.).
7. At the end of the consultation, the practitioner invoices the act; the patient receives his invoice directly via the application and a prescription if necessary.
