This is next level! When I found chartnote years ago, it became a lifesaver. Now with this upgrade, I feel so much more comfortable. Making my documentation without even lifting a finger in the keyboard or having to sit tight at my desk... it just feels like magic. THANK YOU!!

this good application but needs to be more smart. 1_ sometimes the summer notes is missing information and you can not edits that from the initial recording. 2- it becomes difficult to log in after adding more security authentication and I think that can be made optional. 3 lack of Arabic language make me think you stop my registration as majority of my patients are Arabic speaker . thanks

Please fix app to allow for Google and Facebook sign-in. It is currently unusable for accounts who utilize this as a sign in method.

Not for me! I started using a way better organizer which is suited for my medical Notes called EZ Notes - Notes Voice Notes Logo is a Cool Blue Birdie 🐦 That App requires no permissions Has outstanding voice & camera features, including the best rich text formatting markup options for all my needs. This App requires dangerous permissions, and extra hassles with email sign ups etc. EZ Notes haa none of those issues and is more comprehensive and way more mobile.
