What's the point of the app if the cashier can't use the order number to figure out which order is mine, and the app doesn't give me the exact first name the order was placed with; without which she won't release the order? The point of an app should be to make it easier for me get my order, not harder!

This is a very sad day for me because I can no longer be a customer of Bagel Pub anymore. I purchased an everything pumpernickel with peanut butter, arugula tomato and avocado. When I received my order and instead of peanut butter they gave me Nutella. I returned the other and quietly explained the mistake but was argued with that this is a fact peanut butter making me look like am some fool who can't recognize peanut butter I mean who in their right mind isn't able to tell the difference. smh
