the app keeps freezing and I have to physically unpause it every few minutes that needs to be fixed because it's $30 a month that should not happen

App frequently freezes/buffers no matter if it's on my phone, or chromecasts on our TV's...I have to back out and then re-open the game in the app to fix it....it is not an internet problem it's a CHSN problem. This shouldn't happen for the price that the subscription is.

App will randomly close (7-10 times a game) and games will always freeze like it's buffering but internet connection is fine. We watch both the Sox and Blackhawks so have the "all 3 teams" package it's $30 a month which is already a lot but then to have the app mess up as much as what it does, not being able to rewind the games, and the horrible video/sound quality it's infuriating. So when the app closes you can't rewind the game at all to see what you missed.
